Roditis

I don’t even know where to begin to describe this wine. The nose is herbal and savory but has citrus pith. The palate has an orange creamsicle inside that’s been stripped of its sweetness and replaced with salinity and the leaves of some herb I can’t quite place.

Okay. Sweet at first and dry at the end. Worthy of a drink @ dinner but not a bottle.
