Good wine definitely needs to sit for 30 mins or be aerated. Interesting taste at first but then gets better.

The DH that dislikes Spanish Tempranillo liked it. Got it through WSJ club.

At first soft fruits but then after it sat for a few it firmed up and got a little more earth and wood. Not sure if temperature or air, but it improved.

This wine is like the great philippe petit.. it’s all about balance.. the flavours are there but they are like fallen leaves... dancing with each without overpowering... compliment with Game and lamb.... Bacchus I’m on a Spanish adventure, testing non Rioja ... so far so good
