Beef stew with mushrooms and pepper. That's not what you eat it with but what it tastes like. Lush black currant fruit. Not fruity. Super savory wine. Tiny bit of boysenberry, dark plum skinny flavors, blueberries but not in a sweet way. Super fun wine bang for buck
