High-toned, aromatic, lean and crunchy. Touch of VA brings lift, nose makes the wine. Explosively spicy and savory, with sweet nuances under it all. Palate is edgy, vivacious and refreshing. Cracked green peppercorns, bay leaf, Redwood forest, dried rose petals, raw beef, sandalwood, bramble, cranberry, fondant, cinnamon stick, star anise, black tea.

Bright ruby with purple edge
Easy reading and quite light
Fantastic elegance
It goes down super smooth
European style
I like it
I haven't had a wrong bottle from this winery yet🍷

Comes across as Carbonic though that may not be the case. syrah from Australia. Clocks in at 11.2 % abv. Think lambic beer.

A nice wine with a great story that I really wanted to enjoy more than I did. I don’t disagree with any of the other comments or very positive reviews about this wine... it’s seductive, peppery, & bright.

In my case, this wine was paired poorly with a lasagna that it completely overpowered.

The acidity & tannins in this wine ache to be paired with a fatty steak and buttery potatoes served on an outdoor patio on a cool evening.

Only 11.2% smh. Again, gorgeous silky texture I wanna take a bath in. Started reductive but blossoms. Graphite and iron and basting bacon in its own shit. Then turns into mulberry and blackberry straight out the bush. Really delicious
