Wednesday Wine Committee. As always, wines are tasted blind. 1 sparkler, 2 whites, 4 reds, 1 dessert.
Without a doubt the first time I’ve had a vintage Italian sparkler. At first glance, this looks like champagne...bubbles are microscopic. However, there was no yeast to it. Banana peel. Very little tart fruit as well. Almost had a leather note on the finish. I was the only one in the room to guess Italian Sparkler. ✔️

Аромат деликатный, абрикос, ананас, карамель, леденцы. Рот цитрусовый, яблочный, фруктовый. Хорошая кислотность, в развитии аромата минеральность. Тело довольно лёгкое, довольно быстро угасает в бокале.
