At first, the nose fools you with the bouquet of maple. Nutty and toasty on the finish.

Nutty cheese rind. Is this made into wearable scents?

Starting to fade...loads of almonds and fresh walnuts. Still decent acid though. Some very ripe pears and apples. Still enjoyable but should be consumed in the very near term. Cellared in optimal conditions.

Celebrating Amos Blaize Kline; my latest nephew. Light golden color. Losing a little of its effervescence but still has a pleasant mousse. Honeysuckle and candied walnuts on the nose. Almost tastes like ripe Royal Riviera pears...I mean, ripe. Long, delightful finish. Minerals still give it some verve despite 15 years of age. Beautiful.
