This is the yeastiest (overtly yeasty) champagne I have ever had. It was like having a hunk of bread dough in your mouth and pouring liquid simultaneously. It wasn’t pleasant. At least not to me.

Lovely Champagne. Very feminine. From the palate through to the light carbonation. Pear and Walnut salad with a champagne vinaigrette.
