Color of clear yet deep ruby. Nose of dark fruit like ripe cherry, some leathers, a touch of cocoa, and powerful alcohol. Taste of racy acidity, good amount of dark fruit, not much tannins but good hotness from alcohol, some peppery note, and bitter sulfate. Aftertaste is dominated by some bitter note. Enjoy now, as she is quite at her peak.
