Definitely needs time in a decanter - likely 2hrs+. A bit of the menthol/green you get from cab franc but very concentrated and rich. But not too heavy. Probably needs a couple more years of cellaring though. Glad a I have a couple more to revisit in the future.

Nice cabfranc fragrance w complex earthy aromas;flavor: strong bitter tannins and a bit too hot atm, but expect it will mature i to something more subltle.
