Was not fond of this wine. Initially it had an effervescent characteristic to it that was not desirable. Very dry and on the thin side. However, after 30-40 minutes the wine opened up and it was far better.

Briny, citrus nose. Citrus, olives and herbs, and a mineral and oceanic finish. Simple, clean.
