I've hit the last 4 out of 5 weekly wine committees and it has been a treat every time. This week, @Jeff Meyer hosted and schooled everyone on how good German wines can be!
Obviously young, but very delicious. Epitomized ripe red fruit. Some earthiness funk to the nose and the finish was fairly quick.

Wonderful color - strawberries and freshness. Sweet acid - solid core, no bitterness. Beautiful Rosé, a real ball player.

A wine with depth: fruit, ACID, and balance that too many rosés lack. Perhaps more impressive is that it is drinking well on the third night with just a VacuVin.
