Digging these 2014s from Alsace. Lighter for sure, but fresh, clean, precise. Plenty of charm from Riesling, Muscat, & Pinot blanc. Bacchus himself could not have fashioned a more magical pairing with seafood pancake.

The Riesling gives the perfect amount of sweet and the Muscat makes it dry it enough for me. I was tepid at first but now I'm happy for the purchase. Great price and a nice blend.

Crisp and fresh. Buy some slate, an apple and a lemon. Squeeze the lemon over the apple and then rub the apple on the slate, then lick the slate. Probably wash the slate first, otherwise tastes just like this wine. I like it.
