Estate Bottled Pedro Ximénez

A dry Pedro Ximinez from the highest altitude vineyards in Chile: Elqui Valley. Tasted like a little like Sylvaner and Gavi and dry Furmint all together with a touch more Meyer lemon and slightly less acidity. Great!

Mineraly, dry, slight citrus, stone quality. Good with fresh pasta, sauteed vegetables, chicken and probably seafood

Solid stuff. Last Pedro I had was a Sherry. Very interesting. Soft floral, ripe fruits.

Like a Pinot Grigio. Sweet, bit of butter..

At 2000 feet above sea level this is truly unique
