Every cherry and strawberry candy from childhood. Candy lipstick, Twizzlers, red Starburst, cherry Jolly Rancher. In the best way. But also all grown up - peppery green moss, thyme, lavender, spiced orange. A serious, complex, powerfully intense Rose’ for the main course.

slippery, oily, subtle tannin, medium body. didn't enjoy this juice too much but nice to try and learn about. seemed like it fell "flat" pretty soon and didn't hold much flavor. eh. $30ish?
