Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant notes of pineapple, peach, and straw, slightly floral, and hints of anise.

This Sauv Blanc is not too dry or acidic, which makes it incredibly easy to drink. With notes of honeysuckle and pear, it has a semi tart finish while staying fresh and crisp.

This medium-dry, tannic, not-too-acidic Sav Blanc was aged in steel. Nose of honeysuckle, pear, lychee; flavors feature more tart fruit than citrus.

This 2018 Sauv Blanc is my new go to white. This is the classic stainless steel Bordeaux-style white that I am always craving in the summer. Crisp, clean and nice tropical notes. Kudos Matthews! You did it again.
