This is a special one, Ultra Matsumoto 2014. I've never drank such a elegant acid sake before:-) Very beautiful taste.

At Kyoto Nishiki-ichiba:-) I found very nice standing sake bar.

まつもとの守破離。五百石使用の純米。まつもとでもない醸し人九平次でもないお酒。柑橘系の爽やかな香り、キレのよいきれいな酸を感じる味わい。米の味わいは少し日をおかないとでてこない。はせがわ酒店 1,200程度
