I love this wine. Clairette-based goodness on par with Chateau Simone. Complex, dusty, honeyed, yet fresh.

Absolutely beautiful aromatics of brioche, white flowers, vanilla bean, stone fruit & even slight exotic fruit notes with a heavy dose of minerality as well. On the palate it’s silky with both richness & freshness. Simply delicious 🤤

A bit big, unctuous and paddled. Pork and pork products for this wine.
