Big (as in BIG), concentrated and a bit "clumsy".
I'm not sure aging will improve the overall balance so think I would consume this over the next 5-6 years to at least enjoy the baby fat and intense fruit.

Not quite ready for prime time yet. Needs 5 years for both the tannins and extracted black fruit to mellow and develop. That said, the wine was very nice 24 hrs after opening, so seems like there is very good potential here.

Dark but refined fruit. Grippy and firm tannins. Smoky with notes of crushed dried wild herbs. This wine is so lovely!
