Nose closed with slight offering of plum and wet stones. Very smooth sweet and dark, plums, raisins, baking spice, black cherries. Fine tannins and medium - acid. Competent but unremarkable. I lose both the Cab and the Syrah in the blend.

I like this better than the Big Chief. Medium bodied, fruit forward, aromas of dark chocolate and toffee. Well balanced.
