Bright and drier

2014 vintage - a bit sweeter than I expected from a 2014 Sauvignon Blanc, but was also surprised by the slight effervescence this wine has.

Outside at Four Seasons Biltmore, Santa Barbara. Really perfect for outdoor lunch.

Med- intensity aroma. Pineapple with some lemon. Some mineral earth, cement. Herby pink flowers. Light dill, maybe light oak. High acid. Med body.

Citrus, floral, slight hint of musk
