Tenuta del Cavaliere Classico Superiore Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi

Nice and full mouth feel for a white. Musk and almond and enough acid and body to make it pair perfectly with a double cream brie.

Medium bodied, pear tones, less dry/acidic than other Verdicchios I’ve had of late. I like it, but my better half gives it a thumbs down.
