Wow, I really enjoyed this one. Intense notes of honey and milder notes of apricot and even fainter notes of honeydew. Just bursting with flavor and I couldn't get enough. Let this breathe a bit because I got musty, leathery notes at opening that I didn't care for. Easily the best champagne I've ever had.
