Really attractive deep ruby color. On the nose it's perfumed with exotic spices and ripe fruit aromas. Soft; doesn't have the harshness and overt rustic qualities of other vacqueyras, but not persistent either, lacking the opacity, finish, and mouthfeel of modernist rendition.
