Feb 29th, 2016As a self-described Syrahophile, I have to say that this is one of the best examples of high-elevation, cool-climate Syrah outside of Northern France. This is an extraordinary Syrah. Aromatics of lilac, bacon fat, organ meat, roses, and spring water. I'm in heaven right now.
