Impact of the wine is very forward on the palate then the acidity really comes through on the palate. No bacon fat/olive/smoke but still very elegant and pretty. More finesse and elegance than power and layers.

Elegant and fairly restrained for this warm vintage. Fresh blackcurrants, red cherry, dried lavender, smoked meat, licorice. Finished with really wonderful acid.
