A deep rose. Almost an orange hue. Unfortunately the bottle is slightly corked, so a true assessment requires another bottle. I drank it anyway, because, hey, it's good enough for studying wine. i could tell it is dry. Strawberry and peach notes. Tough to get much more past that slight hint of wet cardboard.

Nice and crisp. Could use a bit more acidity. Served cold and paired with scallop crudo. Perfect for a hot afternoon.

Nice blush peachy rose. Great minerality on the nose, with wonderfully potpourri peach and flower pedals, explodes out of the glass when it warms up a bit. Crisp body with a touch of effervescence, and legit lingering peach/rose potpourri. Great!

Good value wine for 12 bucks or something. Dry, acidic, and jammy with juicy orange and pink fruits.

Minerality and acid to keep it together. Crisp finish. Minimal time on lees 30-45days. Grenache and cinsault.

Better than Côté Mas. Smoother, lighter. The half-empty bottle should indicate it's an easy wine to drink
