Beyond such a crystalline and focused mark on the label, it is covered up a complex structure of activities and causes indispensable to produce this white wine made from 100% manual harvested Cortese grapes. So much so this semplicemente vino is genuine salty and refreshing that I would "simply" drink it up - at least - a couple of Jeroboam just by myself or perhaps in good company with some straight-edge friends 😁 ps. Delectable name of the winery is: Cascina degli Ulivi a biodynamic farm up in the hills of Novi Ligure, 30 Kms south-east of Alessandria, an extremely vocated wine area in Piedmont (Italy).
