Bordeaux Rosé Blend

Thin and acidic.

Why go outside of Provence for rosé? More citrusy than mineral driven, less complex aromatics and choppy finish.

Low acidity. Good. Refreshing as one would expect.

Solid, would get again. Nice and dry, not too sweet.

Light fruity bouquet with a citrus edge.

More fruit than I expected from France but crisp and dry. A bit tart too. Drank well out of the fridge all week.

We love a rose and this one didn't dissapoint. Young and a bit sharp, this vintage should stay well in the bottle for a year or two. Some fruit forward with a nice rose finish.

Good cheap Monday wine. Dry, not very complex so just like me. Haha
