Somehow, I found this 15 year old Shiraz on the "everyday" side of my wine "area" in the basement. I have no clue where it came from...a gift? Knowing not what to expect, but concerned it might be beyond rescue, we opened it. Turns out, it was not only still drinkable, but quite delicious. Probably should have put it on the "nicer" side of my area. Great surprise.
