The Le Grand Cros Côtes de Provence l'Esprit de Provence is elegant and conch shell pink with layers of ripe peach, melon and honeysuckle submerged under edgier mineral notes that are readily communicated in both the nose and palate. It's very lean, taught—a mix of pink grapefruit rind and sea foam that demands a food pairing. For me this is quintessential Provence and beautifully proportioned too. 14% ABV | Sample
