With grilled ribeyes tonight. Five years in and its singing. Polished, bright, and elegant. Deep fruit flavors, crisp acids, and an elegant structure. A tasty treat. 13.5% abv

Really nice. The Syrah brings some good spice and tar. Looking for a little bit more of that ripe Grenache sparkle to put this over the top. But, all in all, wonderful to drink while live on-air talking to the winemaker...

Right, what we getting....heavy robust start, light clean finish. Light tannins. Little bit of vanilla. Little bit of Lychee, pepper, slight smoke, very subtle. Rounded finish.
