As good as prosecco is going to get and a rare example of 0 sugar. Apple, brioche, chalk on the nose. Long and subtle on the palate. Ultimate food wine.

Completely dry and hence different. Simple nose, but nervous, mineral and clean acidity. Not an aperitif wine, needs food. Good. I like this prosecco.
