Tannin bomb, as a Nebbiolo is supposed to be. Was hard to make it work with anything, was best with Chinese braised chicken wings. Metallic. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I definitely smelled “clay pot” at one point. Will have to try a properly aged Barolo to make final judgement on this grape.

Total Wine under $15. Mediocre start; under developed and metalish unclean finish. Slightly better with crackers and after it opens, but wouldn’t buy again unless it mellows with age.
