Mr Roth always insists on the essential nature of Cab Franc, it’s place in the world being nearly perfect. Good extraction, complete fruit on palette. Actually had it with Jory’s version of razor clams on black rossetto.....cold fresh English pea soup infused with local lump crab.

So good! Fantastic structure, strong tannins that developed with air. Nose took some time to open up, but was glorious.
