Blueberry & herbs stewed in tar on the nose, followed by bites of licorice sticks poked through olives and finishing with red bell peppers dipped in dark chocolate.

Decanted for about 1 hr and then drank over a few hours. This was incredibly smokey- like it actually tastes like that liquid smoke stuff they sell in a bottle but is really unique...I've never had anything like it. Went well with slow braised short ribs from Vermont beef share. There's also some fun earthy, fruity and funky complex stuff going on in here but the smokiness definitively dominates.

Mousiness to the max. It's a shame I was looking forward to it. Please use more sulphur in your bottling if you want to export! Cheers

Exotic and almost tropical in the nose, beautiful dark fruit and pepper, and the longest smoky finish...delightful!

Didn't love. Maybe too much funk for me.

Whole-cluster spice, gamy notes, smoked cacao. Nice juiciness and deft weight. Really nice work.
