Can’t recall how many bottles of the ‘16 I consumed last summer, and this is my first taste of the ‘17. Notes are fairly consistent...I get a bit more peach and nectarine on the nose here. Very lemon tart focused in the middle. Tart, acidic punch at the end full of chalky limestone.

I can’t stress enough how absurd the QPR is here (in a good way). This SB is $20 and is a straight knockout. 100% TX fruit. Whites and rosés are killing it in TX.

SB gold, sub 20 bucks. QPR is phenomenal. REAALLY easy to drink. Gone rather soon. Wishing I had ordered much more of this.

At the price, this is probably one of the best QPR buys in SB. Pours a light straw into the glass. Nose of lemon and peach. The entry of this wine is mostly lemon rind, and some pineapple. Finishes with a hint of limestone on the palate, strong lemon notes, some tart, makes your mouth pucker. Good grip to this wine. Will be a great summer drinker, if I can make any of my remaining bottles last that long. Sadly, none of them will make it I'm almost certain.
