This is really a very good wine. Richness in a sense that would take a Chardonnay much more ripeness to achieve, and without really being tropical in flavor. Mineral without really having a conspicuous amount of acid. Makes me think of a thanksgiving day spread. And to cap it off, it's cheap.

The one that made me reconsider German wine - floral, creamy, long finish, and a bit of sweet fruit in the glass while still managing to be light on its feet. This one is awesome, try it with salmon instead of a rose.
