@Delectable Wine this is the 2016 Kale Wines Fountaingrove District Rosé Kick Ranch Vineyard

Second vintage of Roses we have tried from Kale, this vintage he is producing two distinct Roses. One from Rutherford in Napa Valley and this one from the Fountaingrove District in Sonoma County.

Pale salmon pink. Beautiful nose with white floral notes, red berries, like raspberries and strawberries. Mouthwatering and medium acidity (6.5/10) with a light plus body. Fresh palate with red berries, cranberries and some stone fruits. Definitely fruiter and a bit bigger than the McGah Vineyard. Long, dry and lingering finish. Delicious Grenache based Rose. Drink till 2022.

Made up of 90% Grenache and 10% Cinsault. The Grenache is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The Cinsault is whole cluster pressed and then barrel fermented in neutral French oak. Only 261 cases produced.
