Absolutely delicious Champagne! Rose gold color on the eye. Nose sees yeasty/bread notes. Palette sees classic cranberry/raspberry blend, lime, more fresh baked bread, wine cellar. Medium++ acid, long finish of medium complexity. Great bargain for $57 and what a way to celebrate the new year and the birth of our first child, James, on 12/23! Happy New Year to the @delectable community!

Probably the smoothest champagne I've ever had. Beautiful dark rose color and lots of bubbles. Almost no nose. Palette is also very subtle and light with balanced acid, some red flowers, and if you stretch, some red strawberries. Loved the smooth reds and balance but very, VERY light nose and palette.
