Starts off nicely but has absolutely no finish. Too bad.

Smooth tannins, great finish. Currant and berry flavor. A fantastic wine. 2008

Nicely balanced, fruity, well developed tannins.

Massive, yet sophisticated. Subtle, yet expressive. An exercise in contrasts. Eucalyptus and blackberry show on the nose with a very smooth transition to supple tannic notes that meld perfectly with a huge blueberry compote flavor on the palette. The finish is long, earthy and memorable. A tour de force. Years of life left.

2008 -- as always, a great wine. No matter the vintage, it never disappoints.
