I love Riesling and I expected this to be on the sweeter side simply because the vineyard Inniskilin is known for their ice wine. Fragrances of late harvest pears with a bit of sweet citrus- almost pineapple in aroma and flavor. Great to pair with spicy dishes but also really nice for dessert on its own, or with a fresh fruit sorbet.
