Bright, but not overly tart. Melon, mineral dominate the palate. Full body, moderately high alcohol, though not out of balance.

Interestingly mistakenly identified as a Loire S.B. Classic Loire valley on the nose, hints of herbs, minerals and dirt. Light to medium bodied and somewhere in the middle of fruity and earthy. Light acid and sweetness.

Minerally, not very fruit forward. First taste was meh, better after adding apples to the cheese board
