Secret Identity Trousseau Gris

This rose is the devil and is sold by the glass at Carbone.

Simply unlike any other rosé found to date. Let it decant and come to a little below room temp and drinks almost like a white Burgundy.

Gorgeous color! Huuuuge stone fruit on the nose, candied orange. On the palate, surprisingly more reserved than you'd think, with salinity and character.

Bright & drinkable (lower ABV). Notes of prink fruit, with a hit of peach.

I'm a sucker for the label, but the wine is delightful, too. Excellent at 57*
