Big, tons of ink. Pairing with smoked ribs. Drinking nicely.

This is a big wine and it paired nicely with spicy food. Lots of mouth feel and a long finish. Now that it’s done I am wishing that we had another!

Love Herman Story wines. Particularly their Syrah Grenache blends like this one.
