I’m not sure about cured meats but definitely a good bit funky on the nose, dry, strawberry-touched Champagne. I’m not a fan of the aroma.

Bubbly, spicy, heaven. Has more of a kick & depth than most of my top champagnes but is a nice surprise and very enjoyable. Pink bottle of love!

I love a dry wine or champagne, and this is one of the best ones I have ever had. Dry, hints of fruit, great straight and so much so that I couldn't make a mimosa with it.
