Flavors are sleek and smooth. Plenty of zip too. Cherry chocolate cordials and cedar smoke. Red peppers and black currants. Some cherry brandy vibes. This is a flavorful and well constructed Cab. Not ‘Gran’ or grand, but it’s an enjoyable, box checking Cabernet.
