Feb 6th, 2015More interesting than delicious I'm afraid. Sweaty searing tart red cherry kriek character seems to me a touch too severe austere both a little over the funky line and I keep wishing it had just a little RS to take the edge off. Interesting for food pairings but solo, not my favorite.

Opens with a minor thwap. Intensely cherry, and an intense sourness mostly covers the sweetness, which is not as pronounced as the aroma suggests.
