This is the Trollinger dominant rose, not to be confused with 'Zsa Zsa' zwiegelt rose.Dry as a bone yet juicy, crisp and refreshing. Spiced strawberry, pomegranate, quince and raspberry yoghurt nose. Clean, crisp and semi-savoury palate. Bang on with honey, soy and ginger Salmon.
