Bouquet de Syrah Vin de Pays de l'Ardèche

Second of five fun, fantastic, and frugal wines for everyday drinking. The kind you “actually” want to share, because you “can!” IGP not AOC Syrah from Rhone. Lively magenta color with a mostly funky and slightly fruity nose. Juicy and vibrant with cranberry, some moist mushroom and a hint of dry spice on the pallet. Full bodied, low alcohol, medium acidity, medium plus tannings, and a savory but short finish. Around fifteen bucks a bottle and bound to impress anyone and everyone. Do decant or aerate properly, and just wait, wait for it to open up!
