Not entirely focused and a bit woody on the palate. Dark fruits galore.

Raspberry and blackberry compote, soy/hoisin sauce, and green peppercorn. Good acidity and fruit but finish is a little short. Better with food than by itself. Paired decently with beef stroganoff.

Rich and ripe for a Gramercy Syrah reflecting the vintage. Still maintains the telltale WA minerality and enough acidity to keep the whole package in balance. Really fun to drink with pizza at Ciccio in Yountville.

Wow. Patience is rewarded! This was fantastic with notes of pepper, iron, salumi, and olive brine. Great acidity and freshness, fantastic texture

Tasty Syrah from Gramercy. Blue fruits, stout acidity and a nice finish.

Plentiful yet restrained fruit with a solid old world style mineral and earth backbone. Good structure, so drinkable.
